Italian Buffalo Meatballs


  • 1      pound ground buffalo
  • 1/4  cup grated onion
  • 2     garlic cloves, minced
  • 2     tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2  teaspoon nutmeg, ground
  • 1/2  teaspoon salt
  • 1/2  teaspoon black pepper
  • 2     tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2  cup bread crumbs
  • 1     egg
  • 1     tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2  cup Av Burgundy

In a bowl, combine ingredients for meatballs, except for oil, and mix well. From into 16 balls of uniforms size.

In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Add meatballs, in batches if necessary, and brown on all sides. Drain off oil when done.

Add your favorite red pasta sauce. Tum heat down, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
